Active Copier Solutions provides reliable, fast and affordable copier maintenance and repair services!
All our technicians have minimum five years of experience and receive regular training from our manufacturers.
Before submitting on-line service requests, please read detailed information about our services as follows.
Carry-in services: You can bring in your equipment during our normal business hours.
- $75 per service ($25 advance payment is required upon arrival): Additional charges apply for parts.
On-site services: We can visit your office or business locations at your convenience!
- $139 per hour minimum for Chicago area (city only; Non-Loop)
- $159 per hour minimum for suburban locations(depending on the location, minimum charge may increase)
- $40 per hour for second hour and more
Additional charges apply for parts and other supplies.- There is no charge for travel expenses!(For downtown area, however, please be advised that $20 minimum parking charge will be added)
Service Hours
- Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5:30 PM
- Saturday, 9 AM to 12 PM
Pick-ups and drop-offs are available on Saturdays, but no on-site services. Weekend and Holiday services are possible for extra charges.
